I just recently bought a used vehicle from them. It was the best deal I had found for the specific vehicle I had been looking for. The car was beautiful inside and out (near perfect condition), and everyone there made the process very easy for me. There were a couple minor issues I noticed after going on a test drive. They agreed to fix those, and have since done that without question in a very timely manner. I worked with Taylor and Gigi and they have been great at meeting my needs and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them!
I just recently got a car here and the service was phenomenal. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Ty helped me pick out the car that fit the budget and something that I liked. Everyone was very helpful will certainly come back for any future vehicle I get.
Secondly, you can never get a call back. You have to call repeatedly just to get an update. I finally asked to not be transferred knowing that I'll just get a voice mail and have to call back again. You have to tell them that you'll hold, otherwise the whole day will go by before you get a callback (if you do at all). I actually planned on this and took a trip out of town knowing that I might lose a day or two due to phone-tag.
Excellent is the best way to describe my 2013 F150 King Ranch 4x4. We have driven it hard for a long way and it keeps coming back for more. The interior is very comfortable and the heated seats are the BEST on cold days.

Meh. That's all I can say. First, for whatever reason it took 2 days just to make an appointment. Apparently they only have 1 scheduler and if she's not there, then nobody else can do her job. It's not her fault if she has to leave and I'm sure it won't be the last time, so not having someone who can cover for her seems short-sighted.
That said, when I got my vehicle back, the work was done right and I'm satisfied with the results - although it was extremely expensive. To be fair, I had a rear seal replacement that was labor intensive.
Buyer beware! While my buying experience with Scott and Ty was amazing I just recently discovered that once the sale is completed you are on your own. While attempting to drive my new used car home from work I was surprised to discover that it would not start. I ended up having to borrow a jump starter from my friend who recently purchased a car from this dealership not long before me, he had car trouble as well...should have known right? After visiting Autozone I find out my alternator was faulty so I made a call to Scott only to find out I now have to fork over money to get it fixed, glad I got the warranty. The really surprising fact is this dealership claims to perform complete tests of their inventory before selling to the customer, this battery says differently. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
Conclusion: I would use them again for the actual work, but do plan on managing the communication aspect yourself. I've used their service before and I would say that the experience was way better this time than the previous time I was there, so it does look like they are making a good faith effort to improve customer relations. Indeed, everyone that I dealt with in-person, and eventually on the phone, was very professional and nice.
