Well.... I should have read the reviews before pulling in for what I thought would be a 10-15 minute transaction. I was ok with it being overpriced, but not with it taking 20+ minutes. Im currently sitting here waiting as my car sits alone with towels on it waiting to be dried and vacuumed. It has been sitting there for 10 minutes. Update... they are now giving my car the slowest internal vacuum job in the history of man. Update #2: It took a total of 35 minites to get my car back. The detail was not great, and I will not be returning. Fun fact, a fountain soda costs 1.95 so that's fun.
They're some oil residue all over our leather seats, and white chemical residue on the speaker vents.
Maybe we made the mistake in coming on a busy day because they were clearly very short staffed and rushing. They should have disclosed they couldn't do a full service clean adequately, prior to wasting my time and now dealing with the aftermath of this incident.
This car wash cost a little bit more than some other places around town, but I felt that it was well worth it. All the staff was very friendly and I feel they did an excellent job! I will definitely return to this car wash
I opted for the refund because of his attitude and the original quality of the delivered product.
The rear seats were not vacuumed or wiped down. The doors in the back were not completed either, as I recognized a smudge as I was taking out items from the vehicle.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was greeted by a kid that couldn't be any older than 18, he was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my request to have the car cleaned properly or a refund.
For the prices you charge I'd expect much, much better quality.
Truly terrible experience and service. I would never return.
Woa woa they removed my review! It's fine I'll re type it. I paid for "the whole thing" and I actually got like half the thing. There were watermarks on my seats and places they obviously didn't wipe. I went to tell the lady standing outside and instead she sent me off. She said " You need vinyl treatment, this truck is New". I pulled away and started wiping the surface down myself only to find out they really didn't pay attention to detail. I went and parked by the vacuums and used their spray with their towels and started removing stains and ash marks. I said "well this seems to be working no need for vinyl treatment," and the guy responded "wow magic".
Upon inspection some of the windows still had smudges, the gentlemen fixed that after I notified him.
I paid for their highest package as it had been a few weeks since our car had a good clean.
The staff at Waterway always seems to go the "extra mile" to make sure that my vehicle is looking great inside and out. That's especially important since I have clients with me almost daily.
After seeing the smudges I pulled into the parking lot to inspect the car further.
The car still has dirt on the front, and side mirrors.
