They are not offering much customer service but are watching you like you are abt to steal for no reason whatsoever.

There were 4 people in this store in the afternoon I went there, myself, 2 female employees and one guy I assume was the manager. I didn't receive the slightest acknowledgement I existed, no eye contact, not a word. The girls were busy visiting with each other at first, then when I went to leave I had to maneuver around the 3 of them all discussing something near the entryway, just to get out of the store. It was such a contrast to the Nordstom I'd just come from where I'd gotten asked 4 times if I needed anything in the space of 20 minutes. I had gone to the J. Crew store hoping to try on a skirt I saw online. The quality of all the clothes seems really cheap, I mean REALLY CHEAP. The fabric looks so low quality on everything! J. Crew used to be a nice brand. Kudos to the photographer who can make this clothing look good online.
