I booked an online appointment earlier this week. After changing my work schedule so that I could attend the appointment, I receive a call less than TWO HOURS before the appointment from a lady saying that I was a "no-show" for an earlier appointment and "our policy is not to see such patients in the future." As I inquired further about the "no-show", I was told it occurred in February of this year. I didn't even live in Colorado at that time, so I'm quite sure this "no-show" appointment never happened.
Do not expect empathy or urgency for your medical needs from office staff or physicians. If new to the area, keep looking. If you have an urgent medical need, keep looking. If you have any need for accuracy in lab draws, yep keep looking.
We have been going to Sage Family Medicine since they opened and we absolutely love them! Dr. George is very nice and caring, Amy is knowledgeable and very helpful, and the rest of the staff are amazing! I highly recommend them!
Regardless, it is MY policy that I will never consider revisiting a doctor who calls me to cancel my appointment just an hour beforehand. So I suppose things have worked out in the end.
Was called for a woman's wellness check up, turnes out if you call to reschedule they charge you a fee which would be reasonable if I had been aware of it. Dr. Amy Hansen is great but her staff up front are rude arrogant people. I will find another PCP and refuse to bring my family to this place as long as that girl is the receptionist. I've been in customer services and I am also in the MA field, that is not how you treat patients. I'd recommend finding a new receptionist or at the vary least re train her to do her job.
Excellent serivce, fiendly staff and geta location. A joy to visit the crew each time.
