The second that the nice lady working the deli saw me looking around confused, she asked if she could help, showed me everything I needed, and explained the pepper flavors / gave some great tips.
The meat look old, I asked the lady there when her chicharrones were made she told me that same day. I went ahead and bought them, they were old and needless to say not made that same day.. one star for the prices and for low quality of product.
Will definitely be returning to grab tamales and try new foods. This place is a gem!
Wonderful local grocery store. Owner and their family are amazing! Excellent meats, fruits, vegetables, salsas, chiles, and beans. Also have great pastries. Added to my shopping routine.

Love this place! They have a huge selection of peppers and hard-to-find produce. I got pascilla, new mexico, and arbol peppers after searching Broomfield and Boulder for them all day.
