Body and Sole Day Spa staff does a great job finding available appointments for you and also do a fantastic job keeping you accountable for your appointment with reminders which I appreciate. I haven't had a salon service here for a long time, but I remember being satisfied. Recommend overall.
Donna Amato has been cutting my hair for about 25 years. I would follow her all over the city if I had to. She does a fabulous job and I regularly receive compliments on my coif. She does a thorough shampoo and condition and it feels glorious. She has a great eye for eyebrow shaping as well. I love Donna!
I saved up for months to get a fancy pedicure here. It's 50 dollars. It was supposed to come with a foot massage and a "free gift " which is code word for something you pay for through the price. It's a pretty place but not worth the money. My nail technician was distracted and didn't even bother massaging my feet. I'm not a complainer so I just went along with what I got. I paid my 50 dollars and a generous tip. I left the salon realizing I never got my free gift. I called and politely asked about why I didn't get a the gift that was included and also very nicely expressed my disappointment in the service I got. The owner only offered me 10 percent off a future service. Nothing was even said about redeeming my missing gift. I felt like I wasn't considered as a client and I feel as though my concerns were of no importance to them. I shouldn't hve to go back in and spend more money just to save 2 dollars on a future pedicure. It was. Completly unfair attempt on the owners part to make things right. I'll never be returning and my sister and her friend who recommended the place to me haven't returned either after I told them about their attitude. If been turning people away ever since my conversation withh the owner.

I've been going to Body and Sole for over 5 years now and I'm always impressed with the services I receive and people who give them.
I was visiting from NY and arrived with a fresh set of lash extensions. Unfortunately, my salon back home rushed through them and put them on incorrectly, which resulted in a horrible allergic reaction to my eyelids. One urgent care visit later, I was instructed to find a salon here in CO to remove them immediately. I called Body and Sole and was put into contact with Melinda. She rearranged her schedule to fit me in same day. I arrived and was greeted promptly by the warm staff. Melinda came to get me shortly thereafter and then began her work. She was extremely gentle and took the time to explain what a normal lash extension process should be like. Not only did she remove every single last one of the lashes without pain, but I felt a little more knowledgeable about what to expect out of a salon, if I ever decided to do it again. She was very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend this salon! It has a great atmosphere and everyone I worked with was accommodating and understanding. I will be back for other services when I visit CO again in the future.
I had a massage done there by Mandy a little while ago and IT WAS AMAZING! She was very professional and explained everything really well before we started, and then the experience was great!!! You know, when you go somewhere and it's either too hard way too light, well I didn't have that problem with her. It was very relaxing! Will definitely go back to her!
On my most recent visit (mid June) I went in for the Elleebana Lash Lift and tint. Melinda was my aesthetician and made the (easy) process very enjoyable! The lash treatment left my lashes with more curl than I've ever achieved with a lash curler and the tint was mixed specifically for my skin tone and eye color. It's been a week since my lift and my lashes are still reaching for the stars and the tint leaves me confident on no-makeup days. This lash treatment is said to last 6-12 weeks and I feel confident that it will.
