Not only was the care I received inadequate but I was billed for time while the therapist worked on another patient. I told them on my first visit that I would have to pay out of pocket so I needed to know how much the visits would cost. I was quoted $70 per visit. Not only was I billed for fraudulent charges for services not performed but one visit I was billed $329. No additional issues were done during any of my visits. There is no reason that I should have been billed 5X the quoted price. I have made over a dozen calls and half a dozen emails trying to get the issue resolved. I have talked to supervisors on 3 separate occasions. No one returns my calls or makes any effort to resolve the issues. Do NOT use this company.
