They were able to get me in the schedule quickly last week when my cat started vomiting an unusual amount. I was a basket case with concerns and questions before an ultrasound (to help diagnose the vomiting). The receptionist was extremely patient and listened to every worry I found myself babbling on about and she responded professionally and compassionately. I appreciate them caring and working with me for all my pets health needs especially during this unexpected appointment.
Dr. Perkins is exceptionally caring, she takes the time to let your pet adjust and get to know the room (and staff) during exams to let them relax as much as possible, but also keeps things moving at a business like pace so you're not sitting around waiting too long. You can tell she has a passion for helping animals and is entirely invested in their best interest. It's hard for me to trust people with my animals, but I trust the staff at this clinic.
I would give them a zero if there was an option. My wife and I just adopted our dog this week, he is 8 years old and has had VERY little human interaction in his life. It currently takes us a considerable amount of time to get our dog into the car. Today my wife took our dog in for his appointment and my wife was 10 minutes late for the appointment. We currently cannot control how long it takes to convince our dog to come into the car. We are concerned about his bowel movements and want to be sure he is ok. Because my wife was 10 minutes late, they refused to see our dog and made them leave the building. These folks don't care about animals, but they love your money. Very saddened by what happened to my wife today. Absolutely zero consideration for the stress the animal went through to get there and the time that is required to convince our dog to go. As pet owners we all know that we can be as planned as we want, but our animals have a different agenda. I am sure they will love your perfect dog, but don't go here if you have an amazing dog that requires more love. It's just too bad, we really wanted to like it here!
Dr. Perkin and her staff run a top-notch veterinary clinic. Dr. Perkin is extremely thorough and takes the time to address any and all of your pet's needs and answer any questions you may have.
The tech staff is caring and helpful and keep the waiting room and examination rooms spotless. Wait times are minimal which is surprising considering Dr. Perkin spends as much time with you and your pet as needed. I highly recommend Broadlands Veterinary Clinic!
New to the area, my cat needed updated vaccines and a general checkup, and these guys were awesome. Staff is friendly, and our vet was super helpful and informative. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new vet!
