we needed an extra day, called up the day before and they extended at our rate we got initially. simple pickkup/dropoff, courteous staff, easy to rent.

As a regular, weekly rental customer at the Broomfield location, I have experienced nothing but the best service one can expect. The professionalism and care with which I have been treated is truly remarkable. I can always rely on having a safe vehicle ready and waiting for me each and every week. If an issue arises (very rarely), the staff has handled it with care. Each person, from manager to driver has always had friendly and courteous service front and foremost in their minds. They handle a tremendous volume of vehicles and customers at this branch always with that same professionalism. A terrific organization top to bottom!

I felt a little rushed despite the fact I was the only one there. I mean, there wasn't a big charge on rental vehicles and I felt they could've slowed their roll when it came to just about everything. Had I not rented a vehicle before, this would've been a new and terrifying experience for me. No one ever tells you that there will be a deposit but they all expect you to pay it. And when you protest, they say it's in your contract. Whatever. A little foreplay goes a long way. Warm me up next time before you go charging my card for a "deposit".
