A little bit of a wait and rented a Mercedes SUV that was in bad shape mechanically. Not sure if it was just a bad car or my experience, but I was not impressed. All in all fair prices for a renter under 25 years old.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Had a confirmed reservation and confirmation number, after showing up the lady working was extremely rude and tells us they have no cars available after having the confirmed reservation. She then tells me " there is nothing I can do for you, we put the other people flying in before you". Tried getting ahold of the corporate office and they say they couldn't help us for atleast 5 days so this does nothing for me. No car, nobody to help. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL AGAIN. DO NOT USE THE NATIONAL CAR RENTAL AT JEFFCO AIRPORT IF YOU EXPECT TO GET A CAR, she was extremely rude and did nothing to help.
Relaxed, friendly and flexible. Excellent rates. A great location to rent from.
"we primarily rent to millionaire so our rates are just going to be higher then other nationals in the area I'm sorry" that's just plain offensive so because I'm not rich I have to hit the bus. I will NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL EVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON
