Incredibly rude customer service associate in the dress department. Very frustrating experience! I will not shop at this store again if this is how you allow your associates to treat customers. No plans to return!!
Horrible customer service. After the shoe salesman told me that I cannot return the shoes I wanted to buy. I asked to see the manager. He told me that he couldn't reach her. So, I went upstairs to look for her at the costumer service office. After a long wait, Amanda, the store manager, finally came out of her office, only tell me that the shoe salesman was right. They sure gave me the run around and treated me with disrespect. Made me wonder; Do they treat all minorities like this?

If you want good customer service for shoes. I advise you go somewhere else. I felt bad my in-laws bought me a pair of brown UGGS which I already had so I traded them in for a black pair, which was even cheaper. After wearing them for 2 days they made my feet turn black and they were a bit tIght. I did not have the receipt, but the yellow pop sticker which is considered your receipt as well. The store manager showed up and was very disrespectful pretty much calling me a liar and stated it was not their box or shoes because the shoes were fake. I requested she contact loss prevention to pull video footage because it was under two weeks, which she refused and as that I leave. I have been shopping there for over 20 years and will not go there ever again. I made friends from some employees and they all say "Susan" treats them horrible. I believe if I was dressed like her and acted like her she would have helped me, but when your running errands and wearing sweats, you are treated differently. Corporate needs to look into this article
