There's a man here. I can't remember his name but he works in the men's department. He's super high energy and zips through getting everyone before coming to the first person with whom he said hello. He's got terrific taste in fashion. He helped me Buy two suits and all the trimmings to go along.
Terrible terrible terrible. Bad selection. Dirty store. Rude staff. I'm surprised there hasn't been assaults on the employees of this place.
What happened to customer service? Like where did it go???? I dealt with a Russian lady in the watch department that literraly, I'm not exaggerating here, all but straight out accused me of stealing a candy bar. I went in with my wife to have a nice night shopping. My wife mentioned she was hungry so, as I was looking at watched at the counter, I saw a box of candy bars. So I grabbed one to ask of my wife would like it. The lady says to me, "did you pay for candy bar?" (Just like that) with a total suggestive attitude. I said no I want to show it to my wife. She just stares at me. I say, do you think I'm going to steal the damn thing?? And she just looked at me like I was the biggest pos she ever saw and rudely turned away. I used to care that internet shopping is to be accounted for retail employment going down. But I'll never set foot in this dump of a store. And even the manager of the store, Beth, was just sort of like yeah so what about it. My family has had macys card since it was Foley's but after this it's getting canceled. Any store that feels it's them against the public doesn't deserve my business. And yes....over a candybar
Worst customer survey. If you want to call. Will take you one hundred years to reach the department you want to talk.
I am so displeased with the service I got here, I have NEVER been to a Macy store in my life but let me tell YOU I will NEVER shop here again after the service I got on 08/26/17. I went in to purchase a pair of flip flops, not knowing they have specific section to purchase these items, I proceed to find a check out station. Finally upstairs where I encountered a very rude attendant at the mens perfume counter, I asked her where I could check out so said items I had and she just said "well...theres someone right there!" as if I knew right away there's a attendant right behind me.I proceeded to put my sandals on (I broke my sandals I was wearing so I went in to get a new pair) I noticed they were 2 left shoes so I went immediately back in the store to tell them my problem but what I didn't expect was to be belittled when I asked a SIMPLE question. I came to the counter to ask if I could get the right shoe and she asked me if I had gotten a box with my purchase I said no, I got them from the shoe clearance area and checked out at the Ralph Lauren section upstairs because I couldn't find anywhere to check out and I didnt get a box and she said "well we only put one shoe out so no ones steals". Well thats fine I understand that but then she tells me when did you buy this item I said "2 minutes ago I have my receipt" she goes on to tell me we don't do returns but blah blah I get commission off something I don't even know but when I told her I was just confused because I had never been here before she went on to say " we used to have a sign blah blah but WE just think it's COMMON SENSE that people would recognize this is how it works" I don't care all I know is if I could, I would give ZERO stars I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MACY'S AGAIN! Thank you for the horrible first time experience.#disatisifiedcustomer
