These people are absolutely amazing. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. So so helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with my cell phone and i couldn't be more greatful. They were the only ones who even made an effort to help. So huge thank you to all of the staff and i definitely would pick this store over any others.

Do not shop here even if your going in and out for a phone. If they make a mistake you'll be out of luck. Not worth it expecially if you picking up a $1k+ phone you might end up paying for it literally if you shop here.

The manager Jessica is extremely disrespectful. I pre ordered two Samsung Note 8s 2-3 weeks from release switching from Tmobile to Sprint. I was told by the associate that to pre order two phones I would need to have an active account and that they would tie a line to a fake phone and correct the account with sprint once my phone arrived. This did not happen. I contacted the store after receiving a bill for $180 for the 2 weeks I did not have a phone, I spoke to Jessica the MOD and was told that they would correct this. It has been 2 months and I've has no resolution, so I contacted the store and was told by Jessica "You are not the only customer we have" and that she had contacted the rep and that's all she could do. I felt greatly disrespected and let her know. She proceeded to put me on hold for 5 minutes with no noticed, I assumed it was a connection error but when she returned she said "are you going to be good now?" what kind of customer service is this? And from a manager?
